Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders on ₹1000 or above. CoD is not available. Flat shipping charges ₹100 are applied below ₹1000.

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders. Most of our orders reach customers in 5-6 business days. Some orders at times could take longer depending upon pincode serviceability of our logistics partner or reasons beyond our control. We do not ship internationally.

We use Delhivery/Bluedart for most of our orders. It is really important for us that your products get to you quickly and without any damage or hassle. For all orders a tracking number is sent to you.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product on contact@raahi.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
