Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders on ₹699 or above. CoD is available for most Indian pincodes. Flat shipping charges ₹80 are applied below ₹699.

We offer Express Shipping on all orders. Most of our orders reach customers in 2-4 business days. Some orders at times could take longer depending upon pincode serviceability of our logistics partner or reasons beyond our control.

For International Orders, Free Shipping on orders worth ₹10,000 and above. Flat shipping charges ₹1,500 are applied below ₹10,000. International shipments are usually delivered within 7-8 business days. Only Prepaid Orders are accepted for International Shipping. Some countries may charge customs on entry. International Shipping charges do NOT include duties/taxes or fee associated to clear the goods.

We use Delhivery or FedEx/DHL for most orders. It is really important for us that your products get to you quickly and without any damage or hassle. For all orders a tracking number is sent to you.

Returns

We accept returns & exchanges (stock permitting) up to 7 days from the date of receipt of most products. Products on Sale or special gift boxes are eligible for size exchanges but not eligible for refund.

International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.
