We do not offer customization of products. However, we can make exceptions for you if your order quantity is sizable enough not to make our vendors get mad at us! Yes that happens!

PAYMENTS

The information regarding your Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking or E-Wallets are never ever stored by Raahi under any circumstances. All online payments are processed by the payment gateway on their secure servers and authenticated by the respective bank.
You can retry from the My Account Order Page if you’ve registered on the website.
Any amount that has been deducted but the order was not completed due to payment failure, will be automatically refunded. For assistance you can write to us at contact@raahi.in
Cash on Delivery is available at only select pincodes. You can check the CoD availability for your area by entering the Pin Code on the product page. CoD will be shown only if it is available for your area. Cash on Delivery Charges Rs.40
Yes, an additional Rs. 40 will be added to your total for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

You will receive an E-mail/SMS on order confirmation. Then you can sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive.
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also check the My Account Page for details. If you are still having trouble or if you haven’t received any updates, please get in touch with us at contact@raahi.in
We normally ship-out all orders within 2-3 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on your location.

Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.499. An additional charge of Rs. 50 will be levied on orders below that.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us on contact@raahi.in and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please mail us at contact@raahi.in to initiate a return. Please mention the following information clearly in the mail:

You can cancel any order that has not yet been shipped. Please send a request to contact@raahi.in
If the order has been dispatched, in that case cancellation is not possible.
We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 5 days from the date of receipt of products. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email us at contact@raahi.in. The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
You can choose for a refund for your order if you do not wish to take the replacement. In case the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your account.
Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check with us at contact@raahi.in if your pincode has this facility.
For orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self ship the items to us. In this case, the amount you’ve spent on shipping (upto Rs. 100) will be reimbursed.
We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed. The packaging should have the original tags in place. They should be returned within 5 days from the receipt date.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
You can only exchange your item within 5 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
